1. Who runs this site?
Gamoniz.com is a personal project published by Boris (“Bobu”).
The site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. – 61 Lordou Vironos, Larnaca 6023, Cyprus.
2. What you’ll find here
Gamoniz is now an information hub about Real-Money Trading (RMT):
guides, tips, tools, coaching, and personal stories drawn from 12 years as a gold-seller.
Everything is published for educational purposes only. It is not legal, tax or financial advice.
3. E-mails & data
• You can join the newsletter with your name (optional) and e-mail.
• 1-click unsubscribe at the bottom of every message.
• Addresses are stored securely via MailerLite.
• They are never sold and deleted on request.

4. Paid content, pre-orders, and refunds
When you purchase a guide or course (“product”), you agree that:
• For pre-orders, you get dashboard access right away. Content is delivered progressively after the launch date. (ex: June 17th).
• Early feedback : You may be invited to give feedback to improve the content.
• Payments are handled securely by Stripe or PayPal; no payment info is stored by Gamoniz.com.
• Refund policies may vary depending on the product. Please refer to the specific product page or offer for full details.
For example, the Cheap CDK™ guide: “Get your money back if you don’t save at least the price of the guide on your next purchases using my methods.”
• All digital content is for personal use only and may not be shared or resold.
5. RMT Accelerator – Coaching Terms & Guarantee
This section governs the relationship between you (“the student”) and RMT Accelerator (“the mentor”). It ensures we are both committed to your success.
5.1 Nature of the program: Mentorship, Not Magic.
RMT Accelerator is an educational consulting program designed to build a trading business, not a “Get Rich Quick” with a magic button. I provide the strategy, the guidance and the support. You provide the execution and the capital. While our goal is specific financial results, we cannot control market volatility or game developer decisions.
5.2 Your “Skin in the Game” Responsibilities
To trigger the results we aim for, you agree to:
Do The Work: Apply the recommendations. Complete the “Weekly Action Plan” defined at the end of each call.
Invest Capital: You understand this is a trading model. You must have the necessary working capital to purchase inventory. You cannot profit if you do not buy stock.
Act Professionally: Keep communication respectful and professional. Maintain lawful conduct. We do not support carding, hacking, or scams.
5.3 Legal guidance disclaimer
I am a business mentor, not a financial advisor or a lawyer. Concepts regarding tax optimization or business structure are based on experience. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
5.4 The “Break-Even” Commitment
I stand behind my method with a concrete commitment, as described on the sales page.
If you diligently apply the roadmap we define together and do not recover the full cost of the mentorship through your RMT activity within the agreed timeframe (defined during our initial discussion based on your profile, experience and market), I will continue to coach you 1-on-1 at no additional cost until you reach the break-even point.
5.5 Conditions for eligibility (The “Fair Play” Clause)
This commitment protects you against a system that does not work, not against a lack of effort. To benefit from the continued coaching, you must demonstrate that you actively applied the roadmap.
Requirements:
Completion: You completed the curriculum. Apply the recommendations given during sessions or via message support.
Proof of Execution: You must provide evidence of your work (screenshots of listings, trade logs, supplier chats, marketing messages).
The “60-Day Observation Period”:
RMT systems take time to compound. The evaluation period starts 60 days after your final scheduled coaching session, allowing us to assess real traction and profitability trends and remains open for 90 days.Communication: You must have communicated difficulties or blockers during the mentorship so they could be addressed together.
5.6 Exclusions
The guarantee is void if:
You did not invest the required working capital to acquire stock (you can’t sell what you don’t have).
You ignored safety, OpSec or compliance guidelines taught during the mentorship, exposing the operation to avoidable risks.
You stopped responding or “ghosted” the mentor for more than 7 consecutive days during the program.
External force majeure events occur (for example, permanent shutdown of the relevant game or marketplace).
6. Intellectual property
All texts, visuals and the “Gamoniz” logo are mine (© 2026) unless stated otherwise.
Game titles and company names belong to their respective owners; Gamoniz is not affiliated with them.
7. Community rules
Comments, Discord/WhatsApp messages and e-mails must stay respectful.
No spam, harassment, or illegal content. I may delete content or ban users who break these rules.
8. Liability limits
Using any tactic described here is at your own risk. I’m not responsible for bans, losses or other consequences that may arise from RMT activity.
In no case will I be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Cookies
Only basic analytics cookies are used (no ad tracking). You can block them via your browser without breaking the site.
10. Changes
These terms can change. A banner or e-mail will announce significant updates. Continued use of the site means you accept the new version.
